Our aim is to refund every damage deposit in full. To help us do that, please ensure you have completed the following when vacating the unit.
The unit must look as it did when it was handed over to you. This will require a detailed clean, if this is not within your ability, we strongly recommend hiring a company to complete this job for you.
Any carpeted areas will require a professional carpet clean and all receipts for said carpet clean will need to be submitted to the Property Manager.
All dings, scrapes and holes in the walls must be fixed. Should paint be required, please reach out to your Property Manager for the proper colour code. Again, if this is outside of your ability, we highly recommend hiring a professional, as any further damages done by insufficient workmanship may result in deductions from the damage deposit.
Any amount owed for rent, utilities or city/condominium fines must be cleared prior to move out.
